If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it to us within 35 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price, plus any taxes paid. A Tunnel Vision, Inc. receipt or copy must be included along with a note explaining the reason for the return. If you purchased a GUTR from one of our dealers, you must return it directly to them and be advised that their return policy may be different from ours.

The GUTR is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 90 days from date of purchase. Defects are limited to breakage of the sweatband, elastic closure bands and sewing workmanship. In many cases, we will accept a photo of the defective product sent to Support@SweatGUTR.com, or simply mail it to the address below. We will replace your defective product or parts once proof of purchase is provided and accepted. We require a copy of your original receipt and if you purchased it directly from Tunnel Vision, Inc., please provide your full name, address, date of purchase and online order Transaction ID.

If your elastic closure bands break before 90 days, we will send you a replacement set at no charge. After 90 days, send us a check for $5.00 with your return address and color and we will mail you a new set.
