Full-face replacement visors are made with a clear, non-penetrating polycarbonate for use with the GUTR FACE SHIELD. Visors are shipped with a removable protective film on both sides to ensure a clean, scratch-free surface.

NOTE: Protective film should be removed from inside and outside surfaces before using.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

The number 1 problem with caring for plastic visors is the use of incorrect cleaners. Never use cleaners containing ammonia. Cleaners such as Windex or 409 will harm your new piece of polycarbonate. Use only products specifically recommended for cleaning polycarbonate. 

Never use a dry cloth or your hand to clean your polycarbonate. This rubs the dirt and dust INTO the polycarbonate as much as it rubs it OFF. 

We recommend the following:

Novus Clean + Shine Polish

  • Gently cleans all plastics without scratching

  • Leaves a lustrous shine that resists fogging, repels dust, and eliminates static

  • Resists finger marking

  • Contains no abrasives or harsh chemicals 

  • Leaves a smooth, clean, greaseless shine
